An ongoing investment in credit union protection
The Credit Union Service Center in Westbrook houses a Tier 3 data center. The Episys core processing environment located there incorporates internal failover capability, disk to disk data replication, and utilizes Episys Vaulting to replicate each credit union’s database to the backup Episys environment at the Synergent Business Continuity Center as part of the nightly batch process.
The Business Continuity Center also provides real time replication of critical network data, intraday transaction logging, image archive backup, infrastructure and communications redundancy, and Workgroup Recovery and Command Center space for use by Synergent personnel when needed.

The Shared Branching Network that Synergent provides to more than 150 New England credit union locations ensures that your members would have access to a credit union branch if any or all of your locations were unavailable or inaccessible.
