Business Analyst

Assist our member credit unions in defining business requirements and implementing a technical solution that enables the credit union to provide better service to their members.  This is a fast-paced environment, and the ability to switch between projects and issues quickly is a must. Assist the programming team with issue identification and resolution of problem tickets.  Work with the customer to define enhancement requirements, perform system testing of the solution to ensure requirements were met.  Assist with conversions for new customers from their current platform to the new platform.
