With eAlerts, members select certain transactions or events taking place in their account that they want to be notified of. When these transactions occur, an email notification is sent to the member within minutes, and can even be sent to multiple email and mobile phone addresses.
For credit unions on Synergent's Episys core processing platform, members can sign up for alerts through home banking, or credit union employees can set it up for them the next time they're in the branch.
