Monday, March 1, 2010 (Westbrook, ME) - Synergent Technology Services is pleased to announce that Merrimack Valley FCU, with offices in Lawrence, North Andover, Haverhill, and Methuen Massachusetts, and Plaistow, New Hampshire, with 46,319 members and $422,552,069 in assets has signed an agreement to migrate its Episys Core Processing System to Synergent's Data Center.

Synergent has converted over 50 credit unions to the Episys platform in the past five years. Synergent represents credit unions serving over one half million members in Northern New England and New York. Synergent was formed by credit unions, and serves only credit unions.
