Thursday, March 25, 2010 Synergent recently had the opportunity to mingle with those in the job market at a career fair held on March 17 at Thomas College in Waterville, ME. Paul Leblond, Account Relationship Manager, and Nick Chasse, Implementations and New Account Relationship Manager for Synergent, were on hand to answer questions, and to discuss potential job opportunities at Synergent. Leblond explained that visitors to the booth were interested in the many facets the organization. "I think the visitors to our booth found interest in Synergent because of the diverse backgrounds in employees and the work that is offered. Synergent has needs for those with business degrees, accounting, and finance disciplines to computer programming, IT knowledge as well as individuals with marketing and communications majors," he said. "Many visitors were amazed at what we do as a service bureau for credit unions and the variety of jobs offered." Beyond the many professions found at Synergent, the organization's continued success in a difficult economy was also of interest to attendees. "The variety of high tech jobs we have in a market that is competitive, and that we are a company that is local and financial stable played key roles that impressed many of the visitors to our booth."
