Monday, May 3, 2010 As one of the four largest branch networks in the nation, The Credit Union Service Center's Shared Branch Network is now even more convenient, with a recently launched 24/7 call center, called the CU Service Centers Call Center, for credit union members to access account balances, same account transfers and transaction history look-ups over the phone. This personalized assistance, free to members, is now available to members of Maine Shared Branching credit unions.
This added resource for busy credit union members enhances the value of the service Shared Branching already provides. To access the Call Center, members call a toll-free number, 1-888-837-6500, which can be found on the homepage of www.cuservicecenters.com. Members need only to provide their name, credit union name, state, and specific authentication information, to receive the high level of service provided by Shared Branching!
Credit Union Service Center locations can also be found using the iPhone App, "Find Branch!" Members can find the nearest location, as well as credit union hours, directions and a phone number. |
