Friday, May 28, 2010 (Westbrook, ME) - Synergent, a partner to more than 200 credit unions, recently announced the results of its quarterly survey that is sent to its users. For quarter ending April 30th, with an impressive 56% of Synergent's partner credit unions responding, Synergent received a perfect, overall satisfaction rating of 100%.
The survey asks users to rate satisfaction with Synergent in five categories including: quality, delivery professionalism, growth, and responsiveness. All respondents gave Synergent a 100% satisfaction rating in all categories.
