E-Services SpecialistThis position is responsible for ensuring our datacenter Online Banking, Audio Banking and Document Archival applications provide leading edge functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and installation of new products and services, and providing product expertise and implementation support. Reporting to the E-Services Team Leader, the candidate must possess strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, and is also responsible for providing 24 x 7 problem resolution support on a rotating on call schedule. Additional requirements include providing technical support to internal staff as well as third party vendors. Experience with web programming, UNIX/AIX, SQL database programming/administration, Windows Server 2003 and 2008 R2 administration preferred.
