Our Marketing Services department is searching for a service-centric candidate to provide assistance in the promotion and implementation of departmental products and services. This individual should be conscientious, and well-organized with some marketing experience and strong team working skills, while accustomed to working in a fast paced team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Support credit union marketing initiatives including supply orders, print/creative job tickets, material preparation, marketing/sales support and proofreading services
- Research requests, provide samples, preparation of quotes for new and repeat orders and delivery information as needed
- Coordinate campaign logistics, update project/print/sales management information systems databases.
- Organize and maintain inventories of files, photos copy for proposals and content.
Candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; solid time management and organizational skills, superior customer service and teamwork philosophies, with an ability and willingness to take on increased responsibilities over time.
Experience with project coordination/management and multi-channel marketing is essential. Familiarity with targeted and electronic marketing, data analysis, and campaign results tracking is desirable. Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer-centric service and support in team environment will be required. Specific experience with Credit Unions is beneficial but not required.
