Synergent is Thankful

thanksgiving

Synergent is different. We are a credit union-owned FinTech company that works only with credit unions and provides access to Symitar’s Episys Core Processing in a service bureau environment. But what does that mean to the 150 men and women who work at Synergent, who are dedicated to fulfilling our mission of promoting the growth of credit unions through service excellence in the delivery of quality products and services?

Today, reflecting on the eve of Thanksgiving, Synergent is thankful. Across divisions, we asked a single question: Why are you thankful to work at Synergent and to serve credit unions? Here are a few of the thoughtful responses we received:

“I am thankful for the family atmosphere. It makes coming to work very enjoyable!”
– Mallory Cain, Account Relationship Manager – Technology Services

“I am thankful to be working at Synergent because we are making a difference helping credit unions help members. This line of work is all about wanting to help others. We are supporting those who give financial advice and help to our communities, and that could not make me more proud of my career choice.”
–Timissa Dearborn, CU Support Associate, Card Services

“I’m thankful to be working at Synergent because I feel appreciated and motivated in my position, to grow personally and professionally, with the support from co-workers and senior management. Also, I truly enjoy working for a company who holds the same values and perspectives as the credit union movement.”
– Mike Rosmus, Director of Corporate Video & Digital Media – Corporate Marketing

“I am thankful to work for a company that not only cares about their employees, but cares about the community as well.”
– Sharon Seger, Information Processing Coordinator, Check Processing & Support

“I am very thankful that the credit union movement is strong and that Synergent offers me the opportunity to provide support to services that assist credit unions and their membership with their daily financial needs. As Thanksgiving is a traditional family holiday, I am most thankful to be included in the credit union family and proud to be a member myself.”
–Tim Gilman, Assistant Vice President – Operations

“I am thankful that Synergent has allowed me to have a great job that I love, that allows me to work from home. That is an opportunity that doesn’t come around often and I am very thankful for it!”
–Jamie Betts, Senior Programmer Analyst, Professional Services

“I’m thankful to work with great people who care about their community and strive to use their talents and skills to help credit unions provide members with exceptional financial services. I’m also thankful to work in an environment that encourages me to continually learn and progress in my field, and for a management team who seeks their employees’ input on long and short term decisions.”
