Desktop Support Specialist – Our Corporate Information Systems team is in need of a qualified, ambitious, and positive self-starter for a technical role in supporting and training internal staff. This position includes desktop hardware and software maintenance, as well as coordinating third-party repairs while serving as backup for quote preparation and purchasing hardware/software at the AVP of CIS’ direction. Administration and support of our virtualized end user computing environment. Some after-hours support is required for routine virtual desktop maintenance and in the event of emergencies.

Relationship Associate – Our Customer Service division is seeking an exceptionally customer-focused individual to build and maintain relationships with our credit unions via phone, web & email communication tools. This individual will provide resolution to daily research, transaction and software processing challenges which arise.

Programmer/Analyst – We are currently seeking a candidate for a Programmer/Analyst to join our Development team. This position is responsible for all phases of software development: technical analysis, coding, unit testing. The incumbent provides high quality software development toward meeting the desired software solution, designed to meet the business needs of credit unions and this organization.

Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist – Our Technology Services division is seeking a highly customer focused individual to assist our Corporate Information Systems (CIS) team. This individual will provide troubleshooting and support, as well as occasional training during and after implementations.
