Due to an internal promotion, and our continued business growth, our Operations team is seeking a self-motivated, driven individual to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a current understanding of Synergent’s products and services while managing and maintaining relationships with our credit union partners.  Travel up to 25% of the time is required in this role.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, knowledge and/or experience:

  • Maintain high-level relationships with assigned credit unions including executives and management.
  • Assist with conversions process for newly assigned/merged credit unions, including post-conversion support to ensure all conversion-related issues are resolved.
  • Demonstrate and discuss advantages to Synergent’s products and services , including appropriate pricing and detail information for new products while recognizing new add-on sales opportunities.
  • Preparation of credit union user meetings, and attendance at meetings and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a data processing environment with solid customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team. This position requires accounting, organizational and problem solving skills, with strong oral communication and presentation abilities. Candidates with two plus years’ experience within the financial services industry will be considered.
