Customer Service Associate
We are currently searching for a candidate who will provide exceptional customer support to credit unions for our core processing and payments offerings. This individual should have excellent communication skills, be professional and service-centric, with strong problem solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary service liaison to our credit union partners while ensuring timely and accurate responses to all incoming inquiries
- Analyzing, evaluating and resolving problems and issues reported
- Originating incident tickets and change requests, while maintaining up-to-date documentation on tickets and requests
- Maintaining current knowledge of legislative, regulatory and operational rules/procedures which affect Synergent’s product and service offerings
Candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; solid time management and organizational skills, superior customer service and teamwork philosophies, with an ability and willingness to take on increased responsibilities over time.
