As an expert on the Episys Core Processing Platform and the third-party solutions that can be seamlessly integrated with it, Vice President of Technology Services Ben Jordan shared with attendees tips on selecting the proper hardware and telecom components, managing massive stores of data, and how to ensure the right fit and proper due diligence of vendor partners. Ben’s overarching presentation was clear: The people, partners, data, and software are the essential ingredients for the best member experience.

Ben Jordan - Podcast.jpgEveryone wants the Google effect,” shared Jordan. “Credit unions want to be top of mind and they want to keep it simple. But members don’t want 65 apps – they want one solution. Everything comes down to FinTech and credit unions have an opportunity to manage the entire suite of products and services to keep it simple for their members. They are thinking about the products they need to offer in ways that are efficient and powerful. Our presentation tackled all of the areas that credit unions are thinking about,”

Doug MacDonald, Vice President of Direct Marketing Services wrapped up the formal presentation with how to achieve incredible results through target marketing and successful data mining. He also spoke about enhanced email marketing, onboarding, and his top tips that credit unions can implement immediately to cultivate loyal, lifetime members:

  1. Create personalized marketing for members
  2. Leverage data-driven approach to target marketing
  3. Segment audiences and members
  4. Monitor response rates and track adoption for ROI
